PROF FESTUS UWAKHEMEN A.
Festus Uwakhemen Asikhia hails from Uzebba, Owan West Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria. Uwakhemen attended State School Ibuluya Dikibo-Ama Okrika Model Primary School Rivers State, Umiehi Central School and Uzebba Grammar School, Owan West Local Government Area, Edo State. He is an academic with proven research articles and thesis in Health Management and Social Works, Sociology, Psychology and Law. Festus obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State-Nigeria 2004/2005 Academic year; attended Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology where he graduated with a Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Health Care; a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management in 2012 and 2015, respectively.
The drive to study law was birthed to enable him to navigate through all social, economic and organizational laws and apply the same in delivering sustainable dividends while holding on to efficiency. Uwakhemen is on the verge of obtaining a Bachelor of Law LLB from Suffolk.
He had his first Doctorate in Management from the prestigious London Graduate School, United Kingdom 2012. He obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Management with a concentration in Social Work from the Universidad Empresarial de Costa Rica San Pedro, Central America, from December 2014-March 2019. He obtained his Post Doctorate in Psychology with a concentration in Governance and Leadership from Atlantic International University Hawaii Honolulu, United States. He was conferred Professor of Governance and Leadership in April 2022. He has short certificate courses from many prominent universities, Yale University United States (Science of Well-being), Stanford University AI in Health Capstone), University of Michigan (Social Work Practice Advocating Social Justice and Change), University of London (International Business Environment), Diploma Certificates in Structural Engineering and Child Psychology from Alison Education, Certified CPD Certification Services, United States and a host of others. Member of many professional and academic bodies.
He is the Chairman of The Board of Directors of the Festrut Group of company, president of Prestigious Elite Organization, Festrut University Foundation, Festrut Group Canada, and Festrut Group United States. He designed the Festrut Estate with Skilled Town Planners and Engineers. He is a Social Worker and Health Manager with certification, including Certified Fellow Public Health Practitioners of Nigeria. He is a core researcher. He has written books, among which are published on Amazon, titled; Nigeria: Anatomy of Her Existence” and “Drugs Substance Abuse and Effects on Youth Development”. Also written are articles, many published at academia.edu.
